Principal Product Manager- Tech, DSO USF Product
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) to join the Devices Forecasting team within Demand Science Optimization (DSO). This role owns the product vision and execution roadmap for forecast coverage expansion and offline channel forecasting—two critical pillars of our 2026 strategy to achieve 100% Device portfolio coverage and significant cash flow improvement.

You will define the multi-year product strategy for onboarding new product lines (including acquisitions and newly launched devices) to our science-driven forecasting platform. You'll drive accuracy improvements through retailer data integration and channel-specific modeling, and lead operationalization for newly covered device families. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML systems, strong science partnership skills, and the ability to drive complex cross-org initiatives with meaningful business impact.
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership role within the Forecasting Product organization. You will influence product direction across Forecasting, Planning Tools, Inputs, Data Engineering, and Applied Science teams. The ideal candidate brings experience with supply chain systems or AI/ML products and thrives in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

Key job responsibilities
Forecast Coverage Expansion: Define and execute strategy to expand forecast coverage to 100% of the Device & Accessories portfolio. Own end-to-end product requirements for onboarding new product lines to the forecasting platform. Establish scalable onboarding frameworks that reduce time-to-coverage for new products and markets.

Offline Channel Forecasting: Own the offline forecasting product roadmap, including retailer-specific models, assortment data integration, and channel-level accuracy improvements. Deliver improvements that enable standardized retailer allocation decisions.

Planning Tool Operationalization: Lead forecasting readiness for onboarding new device families to planning tools. Define requirements for forecast consumption, adjustment workflows, and user experience. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Science Partnership: Collaborate with Applied Scientists to define model requirements for offline channel forecasting, attach-rate modeling for accessories, and zero-shot forecasting for new product coverage. Define accuracy thresholds and scalable approaches that eliminate bespoke model investment for long-tail coverage.
