YOUR IMPACT:
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise data platform and AI-driven supply-chain intelligence capabilities. This role defines how mission-critical B2B data is ingested, transformed, governed, analyzed, and activated across a network that powers global commerce.
You will shape the long-term strategy, partner closely with engineering leadership, and guide the development of foundational data and AI capabilities that fuel analytics, automation, and intelligent decisioning across all customer-facing products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, high-scale data ecosystems, can translate deep technical concepts into business outcomes, and is motivated to build the backbone of next-generation supply chain intelligence.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the enterprise data platform—including ingestion, storage, transformation, governance, multi-tenant architecture, and API/consumption layers—to ensure a unified, scalable foundation for all downstream applications and AI systems.Drive the platform’s evolution from transaction-centric processing to an intelligence-first architecture, enabling business-object modeling, analytical pipelines, event streams, quality scoring, and real-time decision-support capabilities for high-volume B2B and supply-chain operations.Define and institutionalize reusable data and transformation primitives, establishing patterns, metadata standards, and shared services that accelerate delivery for multiple product teams while significantly reducing operational complexity and cost-to-serve.Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams to operationalize next-generation capabilities—autonomous mapping, semantic enrichment, anomaly detection, predictive models, and generative AI–driven insights and resolution workflows.Engage directly with customers and cross-functional internal teams, distilling needs across industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, and logistics, and ensuring platform investments translate into measurable business value and adoption.Champion platform thinking across the organization, ensuring coherence of design, scalability of architecture, and long-term durability of systems that will underpin the next decade of supply-chain modernization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
10+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to data platforms, distributed systems, large-scale integration, analytics, or AI/ML-powered products.Demonstrated technical fluency across data pipelines, warehousing, transformation frameworks, multi-tenant architectures, and API ecosystems.Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, complex problem spaces—bringing clarity, structure, and strategic direction to long-horizon initiatives.Experience partnering with engineering leadership on platform-scale capabilities that support multiple products, teams, or business units.A customer-obsessed mindset, with a track record of translating sophisticated technical challenges into intuitive, reusable, business-ready platform capabilities.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
