Principal Product Manager – Tech, Prime Savings & Rewards, WW Prime
Amazon Prime is seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the WW Prime Savings & Rewards charter. This role will drive the strategic vision and execution of Prime Exclusive Promotions and Rewards programs globally. This role will directly impact Prime membership value perception and customer engagement.

Amazon Prime is a core pillar of Amazon's consumer businesses and aspires to be the world's most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program, that delivers profitable growth by improving the Amazon experience. The program serves over 200 million members across 25 countries, with plans for further expansion.
Prime Exclusive Savings are the strongest driver of Prime’s value perception, contributing 26% of membership value - higher than both convenience and entertainment benefits. While High Velocity Events successfully leverage Prime Exclusive Promotions (PEPs) for member acquisition, we see significant opportunity in Business-as-Usual periods.

This role will enable decision making at the most senior levels of Amazon, requiring frequent interaction with S-team and global/regional senior leaders across Stores, WW Promotions, Category teams, Finance and Science organizations.

You possess deep analytical capabilities to design experiments, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions on technical and economic trade-offs. Finally, you think big about how to differentiate Prime through exclusive savings while balancing customer obsession, seller success, and Amazon's long-term profitability.


Key job responsibilities
• Define and own the 3-5 year strategic vision for WW Savings & Rewards, including Prime Exclusive Promotions, rewards programs, and seller value propositions across marketplaces.
• Drive end-to-end product ownership spanning four key pillars: Seller/Vendor tools for creating Prime-exclusive promotions; customer discovery and engagement experiences; economic assessment frameworks for measuring LTFCF impact; and, Rewards program expansion and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Stores, WW Promotions, Category teams, Science, Engineering, and UX to scale Prime Savings while navigating organizational complexity
• Establish economic rationale for Prime-exclusive promotional strategies through rigorous experimentation (geo-randomized, seller-randomized, customer-randomized tests) to measure impact on Prime members, non-Prime customers, sellers, and Amazon LTFCF
• Build seller value propositions to drive adoption of Prime-exclusive tools, demonstrating ROI through performance dashboards, automated reporting, and compelling business cases that prove PEPs outperform open-to-all promotions
• Drive technical product decisions on complex architectures including deal stacking functionality, recommendation algorithms, search ranking, rewards programs, and unified customer experiences.
• Influence selling partners (1P vendors and 3P sellers) to adopt Prime-exclusive promotions through compelling value propositions.
