This person will utilize her/his knowledge, skills, and most importantly energy and willingness to learn, to take on challenges to support **onsemi** ’s technology and operations teams to improve the reliability and manufacturability of our Si, SiC & GaN power device products. This position reports to the Senior Director, Design for Reliability and Manufacturability. **Performance Objectives** · + Lead new product development and new package development projects for MOSFET, SiC, GaN and GaN Driver + Collaborate with Test Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams to support new product development and ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production. + Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market + Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment + Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner + Establish comprehensive test coverage to eliminate test escapes and guarantee product quality. + Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports. + Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test allocation, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations. + Agile management for Project documentation + Project Management of time and cost sensitive projects as well as special projects + Prepare and present status updates, gate reviews of critical projects to the Project Review Board **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
