We're a company of pioneers. It's our job to make bold bets, and we get our energy from inventing on behalf of customers. Success is measured against the possible, not the probable. For today's pioneers, that's exactly why there's no place on Earth they'd rather build than Amazon.
The Global Data Center Operations (GDCO) organization is the foundation of AWS infrastructure, powering the cloud services that millions of customers rely on every day. Our People Experience and Technology (PXT) team partners with GDCO leadership to build exceptional organizations, develop talent, and drive strategic people initiatives that enable our business to scale globally.

In this role, you will demonstrate many of the Amazon Leadership Principles, including Ownership, Dive Deep, Earn Trust, Think Big, Deliver Results, Learn and Be Curious, Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit, and Invent and Simplify. You will integrate the Human Resources Mission to "build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of customers" by driving people initiatives that enable GDCO to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent while scaling to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.
