Principal Partner Solution Architect, CSS
**Job Description** 1. Key Responsibilities 2. Work closely with sales, partners, and service delivery teams to design and adapt technical CSS service offerings that meet specific customer and/or Oracle partner ecosystem needs. 3. Collaborate in the definition of service solutions, ensuring they are technically and operationally feasible, considering Oracle Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, OCI, and other Oracle technology requirements. 4. Support partners in the architecture of service-based solutions, providing technical guidance on integrating Oracle products with complementary solutions. 5. Provide technical support and consulting to sales teams, assisting in the development of commercial proposals and in the technical validation of service solutions that can be replicated through sales campaigns. 6. Work with internal stakeholders (product, operations, support, etc.) to ensure delivery of solutions that meet performance and scalability expectations. 7. Support the development of new service packages based on customer needs and market trends, including identifying opportunities for technology partnerships (e.g., ISVs and GSIs). 8. Contribute to the development of scalable service solutions leveraging automation and the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Cloud. 9. Required Qualifications 10. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus). 11. Relevant experience in solution architecture or technical consulting in technology companies, preferably focused on cloud computing (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS. 12. Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud and SaaS offerings and how they can be applied to build successful customer solutions. 13. Ability to translate customer requirements into viable, scalable, and efficient technical solution architectures. 14. Familiarity with IT service models (e.g., Managed Services, Professional Services) and how they integrate with cloud solutions. 15. Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and customers. 16. Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organizational skills. 17. Nice to Have 18. Knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging trends in IT solutions. 19. Previous experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
