What you’ll do:
Perform end-to-end IT/Network project management across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring delivery aligns to client expectations, business strategy, and industry best practices. This role manages multiple concurrent initiatives of varying size and complexity across regions and cross-functional organizations, with a strong emphasis on schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
What you’ll need:
Project Planning, Scheduling & Delivery
Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource assignments.
Manage dependencies across teams, applications, and systems, includingcoordinated releasesfor complex features requiring synchronized deployments.
Drive end-to-end execution from requirements through implementation and stabilization.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Engage clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and align outcomes to business goals.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
Team Leadership & Coordination (Non-Supervisory)
Lead cross-functional project teams by setting direction, assigning work, and ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
Mentor team members and help resolve complex delivery challenges.
Risk, Budget & Financial Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive timely escalation and resolution.
Create and manage budgets, track spend, forecast financial needs, and ensure delivery within approved funding and constraints.
Quality, Governance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to SDLC controls, quality standards, organizational processes, and best practices.
Maintain complete project documentation (plans, requirements, RAID logs, release artifacts, and post-implementation summaries).
Expertise & Scope
Recognized subject matter expert who applies broad business knowledge and strategic insight to solve complex problems and deliver measurable results.
Leads high-impact, high-value programs involving new technologies and multiple organizations.
Works with minimal oversight, regularly consulting senior leadership and influencing executive-level decisions.
Drives opportunities forautomationand operational improvement; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
Must be able to multi-task across competing priorities
What you’ll bring:
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of end-to-end technology delivery methodologies and the SDLC.
Working knowledge of modern platforms and concepts such ascloud architecture,AI, application development fundamentals, andAgiledelivery.
Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to produce clear updates and executive-ready materials (Excel, Word, PowerPoint helpful).
Proven excellence intimeline management, dependency management, and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
7+ yearsof related IT/Network project/program management experience.
Bachelor’s degree(BS/BA preferred; Computer Science desired).
Certification required in some areas(list specific certifications if applicable—e.g., PMP, SAFe, Scrum).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in theContact Center Technologydomain (e.g.,IVR,call routing, omni-channel/contact center platforms).
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Principal Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
