**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered** **Location: Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA** As a **Professional level Principal Network/Program Manager** , you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing cross-functional programs aimed at retiring non-strategic **Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM)** services. A key responsibility will be leveraging corporate data repositories to generate insights into the following: + Types of legacy services at the **Wire Center** level. + Their rate of change. + Labor requirements to install and maintain these services. This role demands a **strategic thinker** with strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing dynamic and evolving programs. You will collaborate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure all program objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and identify innovative solutions will be vital to the success of these programs. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** **Program Planning and Strategy** + Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and key milestones. + Align program goals with organizational strategies, ensuring all activities support the mission of retiring non-strategic TDM services. **Stakeholder Management** + Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with program objectives. + Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including **engineering** , **operations** , **finance** , and **customer service** . **Execution and Implementation** + Lead program activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. + Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Adapt plans and strategies based on evolving program needs and findings. **Performance Tracking and Reporting** + Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and monitor performance against goals. + Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders. **Resource Management** + Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, personnel, and support to achieve objectives. + Collaborate with HR and other departments to address resource gaps or needs. **Change Management** + Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations and customers. + Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle. **Continuous Improvement** + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. + Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the program. **Why This Role is Exciting** This position offers the opportunity to lead **transformative initiatives** that will shape the future of AT&T.
