At AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll build it. **What You’ll Do:** + Responsible for leading the transformation and modernization of OSS platforms for provisioning and managing customers on the Fiber Broadband (FBB) network. + Define technical solutions to problems through reasoned application of software technology while leveraging AI, GenAI and ML capabilities. + Focus on and provide solutions for Resiliency and Exception Handling of OSS systems. + Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of new capabilities, including hardware and software that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. + Research and recommend open-source technologies and AI/GenAI solutions to improve or optimize the current systems/processes. + Performs frontend/backend design and development utilizing service-oriented technologies, cloud computing, secure networking and web services. + Serves as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a complex production environment which has new and legacy systems. + The candidate is expected to work independently (and as a team member if needed), bring a higher level of intellectual curiosity and advanced reasoning, and be an innovative problem solver. **What You’ll Bring:** + Candidate should possess expertise in following technologies/areas: Java Script, SCSS, Jasmine, Java, SpringBoot, JUnit, Oracle, PL/SQL, Git, Perl, Python, BASH, Korn Shell, Linux + Demonstrated leadership and Knowledge/experience in public clouds such as Microsoft Azure and migrating applications to Azure. + Knowledge and Experience in leveraging GenAI, AI and ML technologies to solve business issues. + This position is responsible for innovating where no established procedures or policies exist to follow. + Prior experience in Telecom company is a plus. **What You’ll Need:** + Candidate shall have a PhD degree in an approved STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering) from an accredited university, or a Master's degree in an approved STEM field from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in an approved STEM field from an accredited university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
