Principal Member of Technical Staff – DevOps Engineer, OPs CI/CD


Location: MADC (on-site work mode, in Casablanca)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the design, deployment, and management of developer tooling and cloud-native services built on GraalVM and Oracle Database technologies. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong foundation in automation, operational excellence, and a passion for building reliable platforms with seamless developer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery Automate deployment, monitoring, and provisioning of infrastructure supporting developer tooling and backend services Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security leveraging DevOps and SRE best practices Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and security teams to define, implement, and monitor application environments Integrate and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure visibility and rapid incident response, with specific experience in Kibana and Grafana Support containerization and orchestration of microservices and platform components Optimize cloud resource utilization and support cost-effective infrastructure management (e.g., on Oracle Cloud) Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) assets for repeatability and compliance Write and maintain clear documentation for operations, tooling, and processes Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and best practices to improve the engineering workflow

Qualifications

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Groovy) Experience with configuration management and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar) Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong background in Linux/Unix systems administration Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks, including Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, and/or Splunk Familiarity with network, security, and compliance principles in cloud-native environments Experience with source control systems and agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Exposure to Micronaut or Java-based microservice architectures Background in supporting developer platforms Experience implementing security controls and compliance automation Familiarity with cost optimization techniques for cloud environments Hands-on experience with disaster recovery and high-availability designs
