**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.** This role leads the development and execution of a comprehensive channel strategy to scale a partner-focused business, including managing the creation of new channels and innovative routes to market. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the position provides strategic insights and recommendations to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives. Responsibilities include driving partner enablement, optimizing channel mix, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver an integrated omni-channel experience. Success will be measured by growth in partner-led revenue, expansion of distribution capacity, and achievement of strategic goals for indirect share and market penetration. **Overall Purpose:** Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Strategic Planning and Execution:** Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including specific initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals. • **Program and Project Management:** Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including the launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs. • **Partnership and Alliance Management:** Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals, while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers. • **Market Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends. • **Compliance and Collaboration:** Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation. **Job Contribution:** An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. **Supervisor:** No **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience.
