Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Packaging Handling Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) Logistics Support Team. This position requires a strong background in property management, product support and logistics management processes, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player but also a strong independent contributor, shall be proactive, shall present leadership skills, shall possess good analytical skills, shall demonstrate problem solving skills, and shall be detail oriented. **This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and does not provide relocation.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee management systems, policies and procedures to ensure contractual and continual accountability of government, other customer and company assets under the responsibility of various B-2 systems contracts
+ Conduct property surveillance reviews both onsite and at supporting locations
+ Provide various material and tagged asset reports
+ Preparation of contract transfer documentation
+ Preparation and submittal of property financial reports. Coordinating physical inventory process
+ Property record review and inventory updates in property database
+ High level of interaction with both internal and external customers
+ Coordinate and complete Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews
+ Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Property Focal Points (PFPs) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained
+ Oversee the Disposition of all customer assets by coordinating with DCMA and customers throughout the equipment life-cycle management process
+ Perform Hardware Quality Assurance for test equipment and other assets for formal testing requirements
+ Assist in Shipping high priority assets to vendor and customer locations
+ Property Management focal point for various programs within IPT
+ Assist other team members, as necessary
**Basic Qualifications** :
+ Must either have 5 Years with Bachelors degree or 3 Years with Masters degree; 1 Year with PhD. Will consider 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
+ ​Experience contributing to the development of new property/asset management concepts, techniques and standards
+ Experience interpreting federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with SAP environments
+ National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
+ Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
+ Current DoD Secret level security clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $67,800.00 - $101,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
