Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Human Resources organization. This HRBP will be responsible for implementing our human capital strategy in support of the Global Surveillance Division’s Autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Targeting (AISR&T) business unit. This is an on-site role located in Rancho Bernardo, CA with occasional travel required.
The selected candidate will join a team of HR business partners supporting the division, functions and HR centers of excellence and provide Senior HR Business Partner support to program office leaders and employees. The incumbent will be the focal point to consult on and assist in the implementation of HR strategy, programs, and policies across multiple client groups, including talent identification, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership/bench strength development, staffing, and other areas within the HR body of knowledge. The implementation of these programs will be through proficient leadership and project management skills and close collaboration with HR subject matter experts. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for project management of HR projects, and must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, implement, and close multiple projects simultaneously on various topics within HR work streams. The incumbent will serve as the business partner and consultant to internal client groups to help build organizational capability to meet division, sector, and strategic goals.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
