Principal Global Account Manager, Uber Eats Japan

Your day to day role will vary from deep strategic planning and execution to managing day to day executional tasks to ensure the strong growth and success of our largest brands. **Your Impact in Role:** 1. Build and execute a strategy by brand level to drive outsized growth for both the brand and Uber 2. Work with XFN stakeholders to negotiate strong outcomes for your brands to support growth 3. Collaborate with Global brand owners to understand best practise and execute for Japan 4. Build a external network within your brands from working level to C-level to influence outcomes and strategy **The Experience You’ll Bring** 1. Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to influence and align diverse internal and external partners toward shared goals. 2. Strong negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in driving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day executional excellence. 4. Solid commercial acumen, including the ability to understand P&L drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions to drive growth. Preferred Qualifications 1. Financial acumen 2.
