Principal Full Stack Developer, Fusion Data Intelligence Analytics - Hybrid role
**Job Description** We are hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join the Intelligent Applications (iApps) Platform Team, a core engineering group responsible for building the analytics applications and workflows that sit on top of Fusion Data Intelligence. This team transforms Fusion application data into actionable insights and prescriptive recommendations for customers. This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role focused on developing modern cloud-native analytics applications at scale. What You Will Do As a Principal Full Stack Engineer on the Fusion Data Intelligence Analytics Applications team, you will: + Design and build full stack analytics applications that help executives solve real business problems through actionable insights + Develop scalable backend services and APIs using **Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native microservice architectures** + Build rich user-facing application workflows and visualization-driven experiences leveraging modern **JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks** + Work extensively with **SQL and Oracle Database technologies** to enable high-performing analytical application experiences + Deliver features in a multi-tenant SaaS environment using **Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines** + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across platform engineering, data pipeline teams, and product leadership + Contribute to technical design reviews, performance optimization, and engineering best practices + Mentor and influence other engineers while remaining a hands-on technical contributor **Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience + **8+ years** of professional software development experience + Strong full stack development background with deep expertise in: + **Java / J2EE** + **Spring Boot microservices** + **SQL (Oracle preferred)** + Modern **JavaScript/TypeScript** development + Experience building and deploying applications using containerized environments: + **Docker** + **Kubernetes** + Exposure to cloud platforms such as **OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP** + Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and ability to work across globally distributed teams **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with enterprise analytics or data warehousing concepts (RPD, reporting models, BI platforms) + Performance tuning and optimization experience in large-scale applications + Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how intelligent features integrate into analytics products + Experience with additional frameworks such as Micronaut or modern UI ecosystems + Background in building executive-facing SaaS products or decision-support applications **Why Join Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence?** + Build the next generation of Oracle’s fastest-growing analytics and intelligence products + Work on cutting-edge cloud and multi-tenant SaaS platforms + Deliver business-critical insights and workflows used by executive leaders worldwide + Join a high-impact, fast-moving team within one of Oracle’s most dynamic organizations + Help expand the US engineering presence in Pleasanton as the team scales Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
