**Northrop Grumman** is currently seeking a **Principal Facilities Representative** to support ACCE facility maintenance/engineering team **on site** at our **Clearfield, Utah** location.
The candidate will be an integral part of the ACCE Maintenance/Facilities Engineering team and have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. Those responsibilities can include working closely with the maintenance technicians and the facility engineers to coordinate contractors supporting projects. scheduling PM’s and Project work in the building.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Measuring, and maintaining the department metrics
+ Project planning for ACCE facility Attending various daily meetings Presenting metrics to Leadership
+ Maximo Administration
+ External contractor scheduling to complete facilities projects
+ Scheduling preventative maintenance and work orders
**Basic Qualifications for a Principal Facilities Representative:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant facilities experience or Masters Degree with 3 years relevant facilities experience; OR an additional 4 years of relevant facilities experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
+ Experience with Facilities Planning and/or Scheduling Experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Projects
+ Proven effective ability to prioritize and delegate assignments
+ Experience using Maximo
+ Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers
+ Some Leadership experience preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Detail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals
+ Self-Starter
+ Ability to work with little or no supervision

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
