Extensive experience designing, building, and managing large-scale data platforms, such as data lakes, warehouses, or integration hubsA proven record of strategic technical leadership, making impactful architectural decisions that influence organisational directionDeep knowledge of modern data technologies (such as Spark, Presto, or BigQuery), cloud data services (with a preference for Google Cloud Platform), and contemporary data integration patternsStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience driving innovation and managing change within large, regulated environments, ideally within financial services.
