Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and support of Oracle Banking solutions, leveraging next-generation architectures. Operating independently or as a technical team lead, you will apply your domain and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, value-based solutions for our financial services clients across the region.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

6–12 years of experience in software development, implementation, or support of core banking applications, with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.

Proven hands-on experience with:

Design, customization, coding, unit testing, and integration using Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, JavaScript, XML.

Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking products.

Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c/12c).

Software deployment and troubleshooting on Oracle Weblogic or equivalent application servers.

Release management and source control tools.

Analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle AWR/ADDM reports.

Strong client interaction, communication, and documentation skills in English.

Experience leading teams of 5–10 resources through various SDLC phases.

Willingness to work offshore, travel to client sites, and operate in rotational shifts as per project needs.

  Good-to-Have

Exposure to DevOps tools, testing tools, and software development best practices.

Knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, or other middleware solutions.

Familiarity with banking technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

FLEXCUBE technical certification or willingness to obtain.
