**Job Description**
An experienced professional with a strong consulting background in ERP systems and an analytical mindset. Operates independently, applying company methodologies, procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop tailored business solutions for complex customer engagements.
Demonstrates the ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions, and effectively presents and showcases these solutions to clients.
Requires 7+ years of relevant industry experience.

**Responsibilities**
1. **Identify and Document NetSuite Value for Clients:**
Collaborate with clients in General Business industry to understand their specific business objectives and how NetSuite can deliver significant value to their operations.
1. **Drive Customer Satisfaction and Referenceability:**
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through effective project management and the delivery of quality solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities.
1. **Understand Clients' Business Processes:**
Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients’ business processes focusing on areas such as Financial Reporting, Procurement, Accounting, Banking, etc.
Use this understanding to identify opportunities for operational improvement and align NetSuite functionalities with the specific business needs.
1. **Propose Solutions Based on Client and Business Knowledge:**
Utilize your deep knowledge of client business to anticipate customer needs and apply best practices and creative solutions.
Design solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our technical team.
Engage in strategic discussions with clients to align NetSuite functionalities with their evolving needs.
1. **Collaborate with Highly Skilled Teams:**
Work alongside team members with advanced functional and technical skills to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the complex needs of clients.
Contribute to a collaborative environment where complex issues are tackled through collective expertise and business processes are optimized.
1. **Complex Problem Solving:**
Address and resolve complex problems by applying your experience, understanding of company policies and processes.
Seek guidance when necessary while maintaining autonomy in problem-solving and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients.
1. **Drive Consensus and Remediate Gaps:**
Lead efforts to identify and close gaps in system configuration and current processes, ensuring solutions are tailored to our unique clients ‘needs.
1. **Manage Client Expectations and Ensure Clear Communication:** Effectively manage client expectations by establishing clear and consistent communication, providing timely updates, and ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and next steps.Promote visibility and alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **7+ years of industry experience** , **including consulting experience with ERP systems** . **Consulting experience is mandatory for this position.**
+ **Experience in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations:** Proven ability to define and document requirements for complex customizations and integrations within ERP systems (NetSuite or other ERPs such as SAP, Sage, etc.).
+ **Track record of developing and implementing customized solutions** to drive process improvements or address unique business challenges.
+ **Experience in data-related activities** , including data uploads, migrations, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
+ **Strong communication skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ **Customer-focused mindset:** Passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
+ **Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with C-level executives.**
+ **Eager and proactive learner** **with a strong drive to continuously expand knowledge and skills.**
+ **Educational Background:**
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
+ Finance and /or Accounting Professional
+ Previous experience working with ERP or CRM platforms such as Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
