Principal Consultant
**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Kubernetes Administrator to support, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot our Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in cluster management, advanced troubleshooting skills, and practical exposure to Helm charts. Candidates holding the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: + Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring resilience, reliability, and performance. + Perform day-to-day operations, upgrades, and patching of Kubernetes clusters. + Monitor the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters and workloads using modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). + Set up and maintain alerting systems for proactive issue detection and resolution. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cluster components, deployments, networking, and storage. + Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm charts for efficient application deployment and management. + Implement best practices for cluster security, high availability, and disaster recovery. + Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to provide guidance and support for containerized workloads. + Create and maintain documentation related to Kubernetes configurations, processes, and policies. **Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications:** + Proven hands-on experience managing and administering production-grade Kubernetes clusters. + Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex issues within Kubernetes environments. + Strong practical knowledge and experience with Helm charts for application packaging and deployment. + Experience in monitoring Kubernetes clusters and applications using industry-standard tools. + Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts as they relate to Kubernetes. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification. + Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps practices.
