Principal Compliance Analyst

Ensures the protection of organizational assets and personnel by developing and implementing security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and managing security operations. **Job Responsibilities:** + Address outlier sales representatives by analyzing account touches and identifying potential areas of concern through investigative and project management functions. + Conduct investigations into sales activities that appear unrealistic or abnormal, using data-driven decision-making to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. + Enable and support sales teams in consistently following ethical sales practices and selling the right way every day. + Collaborate with Sales Integrity Investigative teams, Sales Integrity Operations, and AT&T Business sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of Sales Quality programs. + Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, employing a strategic approach to problem-solving. + Make actionable recommendations to improve sales systems and processes, helping sales teams work more efficiently and ethically. Key Responsibilities: + Review cases related to current and emerging mobility and wireline sales schemes, including interviewing individuals involved in alleged incident + Conduct thorough investigations into potential violations of the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Rules of Engagement (ROE). + Oversee the Sales Quality mailbox, delivering prompt and professional responses to stakeholder inquiries **.** + Identify and address gaps in training, policies, ROE, and systems to enhance compliance and optimize sales processes.
