Build observability-centric vertical solutions including: Custom dashboards, queries, and analytics content Log parsing, enrichment, normalization, and pattern discovery Anomaly detection, clustering, and ML-driven insights Reusable knowledge content, saved searches, and configuration templates Create cross-domain visibility solutions integrating logs, metrics, traces, and events.

Automation, Coding & Integrations

Use Python for light scripting, log transformations, enrichment, and integration workflows. Use Terraform (OCI provider) to automate deployment of observability infrastructure, logging configurations, alarms, and SCH pipelines. Enhance observability workflows through automation and reusable code modules.

Customer Engagement & Delivery

Conduct technical workshops, product demos, POCs, and customer enablement sessions. Troubleshoot telemetry ingestion, parsing issues, schema mapping, and distributed system visibility. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve OCI Observability services.
