The candidate will be responsible for:
Strategic Program Management
+ Lead the design and implementation of an integrated emergency preparedness program, with specific emphasis on active threat readiness, emergency response coordination, and communication protocols.
+ Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-wide standards and playbooks for emergency scenarios including workplace violence, false alarms, evacuations, and shelter-in-place guidance.
+ Ensure alignment with existing business continuity and crisis management frameworks.
+ Collaborate with Business Unit continuity leads to ensure end-to-end resilience strategies and incident recovery protocols.
Business Continuity & Resilience Planning
+ Develop and maintain Emergency response team (ECs, ESC, Floor Wardens, Searchers, etc.) to that ensure critical operations can resume quickly during and after disruptions (e.g., active shooter alarms. natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics).
+ Lead Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to assess operational risks and dependencies.
+ Coordinate training, tabletop exercises and live simulations with cross-functional teams to test continuity and emergency procedures.
+ Ensure alignment with enterprise crisis management and recovery protocols.
Enterprise Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Act as a central point of contact across multiple business units, Global Security, Corporate Real Estate, IT, Legal, HR, and Communications. Facilitate decision-making and drive accountability for emergency preparedness outcomes
+ Lead root cause assessments and after-action reviews of emergency events. Use insights to inform policy updates, training requirements, and technology investments.
Our **Principal Service Continuity** earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
