As a Principal Benefits Delivery Partner, you will serve as the strategic engine behind our health and welfare ecosystem. This is a high-level technical and analytical position designed for someone who views benefits through the lens of data integrity and system optimization.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of our Benefits Enrollment System and lead the administration of our FSA and HSA programs, ensuring that our data flows are flawless and our employees’ experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator for the Benefits Enrollment System. You will manage configuration, lead annual Open Enrollment system testing, and ensure all carrier integrations (EDI feeds) are accurate and timely.Strategic Annual Enrollment Management: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Annual Open Enrollment period. This includes defining the project timeline, managing project plan, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing the "Critical Path" to ensure a successful plan year go-live. Responsible for reconciliation of elections/deductions before they hit Payroll. Partner with the internal communications team to ensure benefit changes and/or concepts (like the difference between an FSA and HSA) are translated into clear, data-backed guides for employees.FSA & HSA Program Lead: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. Manage vendor relationships, oversee funding cycles, and ensure compliance with IRS contribution limits and regulations.Advanced Data Analytics: Conduct system-to-system auditing. Act as the final gatekeeper for data accuracy by performing complex "triangulation" audits. This involves reconciling payroll deduction files against enrollment system records and third-party vendor (FSA/HSA/Medical) eligibility files.Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct rigorous bi-weekly and/or monthly audits between payroll, the enrollment system, and third-party administrators. Responsible for identifying and resolving data discrepancies before they impact the employee.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate the benefits delivery lifecycle to automate manual tasks, reduce "friction" during the enrollment process, and improve data accuracy.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the technical bridge between Payroll, HR, Benefits Strategy, Finance, and external vendors to streamline the benefits delivery lifecycle.Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HRIS, or Benefits Consulting, with a heavy focus on health and welfare delivery.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERISA, COBRA, Section 125 regulations, and ACA reporting requirements.Master in Microsoft Excel with expert level in complex formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables and Data Modeling.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
