The Principal Analyst will play a critical role in advancing our converged analytics capabilities by analyzing complex, large-scale datasets spanning multiple product lines (e.g., fiber, fixed wireless access, wireless, etc.). This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver deep insights that inform growth strategies, churn mitigation programs, and commercialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end analytics projects involving complex, multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities in converged service portfolios.Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support revenue optimization, customer retention, and promotional effectiveness.Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to translate analytics insights into actionable business strategies.Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks and dashboards that provide real-time decision support.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are upheld in all analytics processes.Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Master's degree (MS/MA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
