About the Team
At Walmart Business we’re working to be the first, best stop for organizations of all sizes to buy the things they need and get them where they need them. We work closely with business, product, and engineering partners to improve our process, execute great work, and make progress quickly. We are looking for a creative, talented Principal UX Product Designer who can coalesce large systems into an intuitive, usable whole as well as someone interested in raising the bar for craft and culture across our Design organization. If you are a hands-on problem solver who can work with multiple stakeholders, can turn limitations into opportunities, and can lead the team in setting a future vision then this may be the role for you.

Preferred qualifications:
Degree in Digital Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.
A fantastic portfolio.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
