Principal, Talent Management Strategy
Job Summary

Responsible for leading the strategic planning, design and implementation of talent programs that shape how we define, identify and select top talent. This role focuses on building and optimizing tools and frameworks that enable effective internal and external talent selection decisions and support a high-performance culture across the organization. 

Job Responsibilities Leads design and strategy work for talent management projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Talent Management Consultants, Principal of Talent Management Delivery, HR Business Partners, etc. to ensure best-in-class, efficient and value-add program development and implementation.Makes recommendations to update and improve current strategies in the development of talent programs. Researches and benchmarks best practices in Talent Management and recommends solutions that support Company business needs and culture.Partners with Principal Talent Management Delivery to ensure translation of talent strategy into practice.Builds talent programs that effectively drive more continuous management of talent through rich dialogue, feedback and coaching.Effectively partners and leverages HR partners to drive value in talent programs; helps the business leverage data to drive results.Leads the analyses of talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of more complex programs and to sustain the momentum of talent management initiatives.Develops and mentors less senior staff through on-boarding, open communication, project work and development opportunities; leverages strengths of Talent Management Consultants to build effective strategy and design.Collaborates with global HR partners to drive synergies in talent processes across the globe; primary emphasis on designing and implementing shared performance management process
