- Shape Walmart’s strategy for AI- and robotics-enabled inbound workflows.
- Act as a bridge between executives and product teams, ensuring clarity on trade-offs and long-term bets.
- Establish Walmart as an industry leader in inbound automation practices, including partnerships with vendors and thought leaders.
- Mentor Staff and Senior PMs, building organizational capability.

- Champion adoption of AI-driven forecasting, inbound simulation, and error detection.
- Partner with data science and engineering to evaluate emerging AI/robotics tech.
- Anticipate risks and lead responsible AI governance across pre-order processes.
- Influence stakeholders and external partners on Walmart’s vision for AI in automation.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in product management, ideally with inbound/store ops or supply chain automation focus.
- Proven experience shaping enterprise-scale strategies and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and influence skills.
Key Goals & Metrics
- Throughput: Grow % of assortment processed via automation.
