Principal, Product Manager
Position Summary...As a Principal Product Manager, you will own and drive high-impact product initiatives that sit at the core of our customer and business experience. This role requires deep domain expertise in digital retail, omni-channel commerce, and customer experience optimization. You will lead product strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for the Service CRM product area.
You will collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to create seamless, data-driven shopping experiences at scale.

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Product Leadership

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more high-priority retail and eCommerce domains.Identify market opportunities and emerging trends across both digital and in-store experiences.Develop compelling product narratives backed by data and customer insights.Influence platform and customer experience direction across merchandising, supply chain, and fulfillment.

🔹 Execution & Delivery

Translate strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.Partner with engineering and design teams to build and ship scalable solutions.Use A/B testing and analytics to iterate and optimize for performance, engagement, and revenue.Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch measurement.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the product liaison across engineering, merchandising, marketing, UX, and customer service teams.Partner closely with data science and customer research teams to define and validate product hypotheses.Drive alignment with senior executives and stakeholders across orgs.

🔹 Mentorship & Influence

Mentor and guide other product managers within the organization.Champion best practices in agile product development, experimentation, and customer obsession.Contribute to building a strong, data-first product culture.

Required Qualifications

8–12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 in retail, eCommerce, or related domains.Proven ability to scale digital product solutions in high-volume, consumer-facing platforms.Strong understanding of customer journey, inventory management, fulfillment, and personalization in commerce.Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Adobe, GA), A/B testing frameworks, and agile development.Excellent communication, influencing, and storytelling skills.Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.

Preferred Experience

Worked in a large-scale retail environment (e.g., Walmart, Target, or other leading eCommerce platforms).Experience with headless commerce, product discovery, AI-driven recommendations, or mobile commerce.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
