As a member of the NXOP team, you’ll serve as the operational voice in the delivery of next generation flight operations capabilities and reimagined processes, ensuring that design, testing, and implementation decisions align with the needs of our frontline and operational stakeholders. You’ll bridge the gap between operations and technology, proactively identifying risks, advocating for readiness, and supporting change adoption to deliver seamless transitions and sustainable improvements.

• Provide operational expertise to guide capability design decisions, ensuring alignment with frontline needs and operational realities.
• Represent operational stakeholders in program planning, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to operational impact, readiness, and change adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded in program deliverables.
• Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and report on operational adoption and readiness, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver updates on operational readiness and risk to program governance and leadership forums.

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field
• 5+ years in airline operations, operational excellence, or related discipline
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field
• 5+ years in airline operations, operational excellence, or related discipline
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must work well with deadlines
• Effective organization and planning skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and regulatory agencies
• Excellent interpersonal and written skills
• Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to make connections across functional areas and understand dependencies and implications
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently, complete projects on time, perform under pressure, and respond to changing priorities.
