Job responsibilities

Oversee and optimize payment processing and cash wire activities for institutional and retail clientsDesign, implement, and monitor robust payment controls and standardsLead investigations and resolution of complex cash and control breaksBuild and maintain strong relationships with global partners and stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issuesDrive the design and implementation of key controls across the trade lifecycle processLead analysis and initiatives to increase STP (Straight Through Processing)Develop, revise, and enforce company and department policies and proceduresEnsure all work items are completed within agreed timelines, setting high standards for the teamPrepare, analyze, and present metrics to senior managementMentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
