Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

Compensation: Starting at $350,000 (negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Location: Victorville, CA

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This opportunity offers strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and robust clinical support in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply. Pediatric coverage is available, and Advanced Practice Providers support pediatric visits when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, and care teams Utilize strong nurse triage and telephone support systems Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally competent care

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) New graduates welcome
