Role Overview:
This hybrid role combines core pricing operations expertise with light analytics and insight generation to support the company’s broader pricing transformation agenda.About the role:
1. Pricing Operations (Core Scope)
- Handle SKU creation and pricing data management in SAP for the global product portfolio; ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Understand downstream impacts of pricing data on revenue recognition, fulfillment, entitlements, quoting, order processing, and invoicing; anticipate issues and recommend alternatives.
- Perform quality assurance checks within established pricing frameworks and ensure alignment across regions.
- Work with cross-functional teams — Product Management, IT, Revenue, Tax, and Cost Accounting — to validate functionality and ensure all pricing-related deliverables are met.
- Log, track, and follow through on production issues until closure.
- Provide month-end and quarter-end production support for Sales and Order Operations teams
Worldwide.
-Manage the timely communication of updated price books, product catalogs, and sales collateral to the network of distributors and resellers to ensure market alignment
2. Analytics, Insights & Transformation
- Build simple dashboards and trackers to monitor pricing data quality, workflow accuracy, and
operational health.
- Work with Commercial Finance to support basic insights for decision-making and strategic reviews.
- Identify recurring issues or patterns in pricing execution and share structured observations for
continuous improvement.
- Support pricing transformation initiatives by bringing clarity to current processes and highlighting opportunities for simplification.
- Create concise summaries and visualizations to communicate trends, pain points, and process gaps.
About you :
- 5–8 years of Operations experience, specifically working with SAP (MM/SD/PP preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office (pivot tables, basic analytics, Excel macros a plus).
- Comfortable working with data — able to clean datasets, verify accuracy, and prepare simple
dashboards.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to recognize patterns, trends, and root causes in operational data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Exposure to M&A; integration activities is a plus.
