Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! + Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement + Salary: $76,032 - $95,040 plus annual target bonus If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!   Position Responsibilities:   + Provide analysis to support the Pricing team and key business partners i.e., the Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Customer and Shared Business Services teams + Coordinate and delegate activities within an assigned area on the Pricing and Contracts team, including channels such as trade letters, national contracts or local or regional initiatives + Assist in developing, training, and onboarding team members and delegation of work, i.e., assigning and reviewing tasks and performance of team members + Oversee accruals to ensure they are accurately captured across customer and package levels + Analyze fixed rate funding against current volume forecast and pricing accruals by customer to ensure accuracy of reserve + Identify and resolve pricing issues in a timely manner to reduce financial risk and ensure a strong customer experience, including running routine pricing validation exercises + Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: + Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
