Pricing Analyst (Merchandising)

The Pricing Analyst acts as a partner with the category managers to provide pricing guidance to support the merchandising teams by utilizing all available tools and reports to support the overall company objectives. The position is responsible for supporting pricing integrity (price accuracy) decision implementation across the entire pricing lifecycle including initial pricing, promotional pricing, and markdown/clearance pricing. This role is directly responsible for using data-driven analytics to develop insights to strengthen recommendations around lifecycle pricing strategies. The Pricing Analyst supports Category Management Teams by data mining and presenting findings as they build merchandising strategies.
