As a Pricing Analyst – Level 1 located in Aurora, CO, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Space Sector Pricing & Estimating Group, responsible for the development of Space PGS Proposals. You will be essential to creating automation tools and utilizing Agile approaches for pricing strategy to help minimize administrative tasks and focus on estimating and analysis.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
In this job, you will:
Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance reviewDevelop, plan and schedule proposalsCompile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specificationsCoordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departmentsResearch and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal effortsParticipate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representativesOther duties as assignedIf this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team!
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of professional experienceWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degreeMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance and SCI accessExperience with MS OfficePreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARSExperience working within ProposalsActive DOD Top Secret Clearance, with SCIExperience working with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and analyzing BOE qualityExperience with Excel Pivot Tables, VBA coding and MacrosExperience with parametric modeling (such as SEER-SIM, PRICE True Planning, etc.)Proficient in using Pro-PricerExperience conducting cost analysis and risk modelingSoft Skills:

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $94,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
