Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst Level 2 in our Business Management department. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Missile Products Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be located on-site in Rocket Center, WV.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests
Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
Present proposal recommendations to management
Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications for a Pricing Analyst Level 2:
High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or related experience
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience
Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.

Experience with ProPricer
Experience with Cost/Price Analysis
Analytical Skills
Presentation skills
Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask
Self-motivated and works well in team environment
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations
