Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst Level 2 in our Business Management department. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Advanced Weapons Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be located on-site in Northridge, CA.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requestsPrepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policiesPresent proposal recommendations to managementPrepare certified cost and pricing data packagesSupport proposal audits and negotiations with customersThis position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications for a Pricing Analyst Level 2:
High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or related experienceBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experienceExperience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
