**Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Preventative Maintenance Technician with over 2 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for someone who has attended maintenance school and possesses a foundational understanding of the industry. The position involves performing preventative maintenance on various machinery including CNC machines, EDMs, ABB Robots, and Blending Booths. Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills are required, and the ability to read schematics is highly advantageous. We value individuals who are eager to grow within the company and have excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
+ Observe devices in operation to identify the root cause of problems.
+ Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts.
+ Examine parts to detect imperfections and make necessary adjustments.
+ Conduct tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.
+ Follow a pre-planned PM schedule provided two weeks in advance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics (preferred).
+ Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
**Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday 7 AM - 3:30 PM
**Pay:** $22-$24
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
