**Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Engineer | $22-25 HR** **Job Description** As a Preventative Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and labor functions related to corrective and preventative maintenance of buildings and grounds. Your role will include performing minor installations and repairs of electrical equipment and plumbing systems, as well as minor carpentry and painting tasks. You will also ensure the repair of lighting systems by replacing ballasts, light bulbs, and other components as needed. You will work on a 1,157-acre campus in Kent, Ohio, covering various parts of the campus. You will report to facilities management, where custodial, grounds, movers/laborers, fleet service, maintenance, and trades report. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
