**Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** This role focuses primarily on executing scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and support daily production operations. Candidates should have experience maintaining manufacturing equipment such as production machines, conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical components, pumps, and compressors. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections, lubrication, parts replacement, and fluid changes. + Complete basic mechanical and electrical repairs. + Identify early signs of equipment wear or malfunction. + Perform minor troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues as needed. **Essential Skills** + Preventive maintenance + Mechanical + Electrical + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Machine repair + Hand tool + Troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Injection & blow molding maintenance experience is a huge plus **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire position offering room for growth.
