Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Press Production Operator** to join their team. As a Press Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Press Production Operator
**Location:** Alexandria, MN
**Pay Range:** $22/hour
**Shift:** D Shift (Friday, 12:30a-6:30a Friday-Sunday, 6:30p-6:30a)
**What's the Job?**
+ Ensure that safety is always the number one priority by promoting and supporting a safe work environment.
+ Set up and operate equipment efficiently to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements.
+ Participate in 5S initiatives to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
+ Cross-train in various functions within the department to enhance team versatility.
+ Conduct all processes in accordance with department key measures and quality practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent degree.
+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize proper inspection equipment.
+ Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
