**Job Title: Press Operator** **Job Description** This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to enter the manufacturing sector with no prior experience required. You will start and train on the 1st shift, from 4AM/6AM to 2:30PM, over a period of two to four weeks. After training, you may be required to work on the 2nd shift, which runs from 2:30PM to 11PM, with potential overtime until 1AM. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome. **Responsibilities** + Mold parts according to written specifications provided. + Remove parts, clean tools, load the press with materials for the new cycle. + Inspect molded parts frequently and place products in manufacturing tote boxes. + Operate presses efficiently and meet quality and quantity requirements. + Mold at a rate consistent with or better than the standard production level. + Provide accurate production information. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Eager and positive attitude. + Mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. + No previous experience or resume needed. + Interest in long-term career growth within the manufacturing sector. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the opportunity to receive pay increases even before training is completed, with a $1/hr raise for those whose primary shift becomes the 2nd shift. The facility is ITAR compliant, emphasizing security and efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
