Temp-to-Hire position$16.37 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:45am to 06:00pm)5:45am-6pm, $16.37
6pm-5:45am, $17.87
2 days on, 2 days off schedule, working every other weekend.
Set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic presses according to work instructionsLoad raw materials and remove finished parts from press machinesInspect parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracyMonitor machine performance and report issues to maintenance or supervisionPress Operator Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferredAbility to read work instructions, blueprints, or production schedulesStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
