Job Description
We are seeking skilled Press Operators to join our team across multiple shifts. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines or assembly equipment to produce high-quality parts and products. You will ensure the proper maintenance of production documentation and adhere to safety policies while working in a dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machines or assembly equipment to make parts or products.Maintain all production documentation accurately on paper or via a real-time computer system.Position inserts, hand loads, and work pieces on machines.Remove finished products from machines, unless robotically automated.Visually inspect 100% of products for surface and dimension defects.Complete all secondary operations on parts as noted in quality book, such as trimming and adding fasteners.Fill in appropriate information on labels and associated documentation needed on products.Package products for shipment.Follow all safety policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area following Environmental Management System guidelines for recycling.Essential Skills1 year or more of manufacturing experience.Experience in machine operation, production, assembly, and quality control.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in production and machine operating.Experience as a Press Operator.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a plastic injection automotive plant that is relatively clean for the industry. The environment is non-temperature controlled and can be loud. Our shifts are structured to ensure optimal work-life balance, with varying schedules across a two-week rotation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saline, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
