Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Flexographic Press Operator to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-printed labels for a variety of industries. You will operate presses with web widths ranging from 10” to 16.5” and colors from 6 to 8.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and run Flexographic print stations, rotary die cutting, and de-lam/re-lam stations.Stage, load, and unload material rolls efficiently.Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.Maintain accurate production records for operational transparency.Minimize waste and strive to meet production targets consistently.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation, particularly in Flexography and material handling.Knowledge of die cutting processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule involves a shift from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday during the contract period. Once converted, the shift will change to a night schedule from 5pm to 5am. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to handle various technologies and equipment. A casual dress code ensures comfort while performing duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
