**Job Title: Press Operator | $30 HR**

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator who is open to working all shifts. This role involves operating press machines, primarily stamping presses, setting up machines, stamping metal aerospace parts to customer specifications, performing quality checks on finished parts, troubleshooting machine issues, and operating overhead cranes to move raw metal.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate press machines, primarily stamping presses.
+ Perform setups and adjustments of the machines.
+ Stamp metal aerospace parts according to customer specifications.
+ Conduct quality checks on finished stamped parts.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues or problems.
+ Operate overhead cranes to move raw metal.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
+ Experience operating Heavy Industrial Machinery such as Stamping Presses and Punch Presses.
+ 2+ years of Heavy Industrial Machine Operating experience.
+ Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Open to working all shifts.
+ Willingness to work overtime, up to 64 hours per week as per contract.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with metal stamping, metal finishing, and steel manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with equipment such as burn tables, shears, drill presses, foundries, press brakes, and forging machines.
+ Experience in hot and cold environments.
+ Ability to work with dies and perform documentation for inspection.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, inspecting finished forged metals. Expect a climate that is hot in summer and cold in winter, with no physical lifting requirements as metals are moved using cranes or automated robots. Employees will have designated work stations but will need to move around to perform various quality tests. The company is a global leader in forged wheels for commercial vehicles and focuses on high-performance components for aerospace and defense applications.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
• Supplementary pay plan – in addition to salary OT is paid in blocks of 2 hours ($125), 4 hours ($250), 8 hours ($500)
• Will be paid $250/month for working 3rd (shift differential)
