Job Description
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining a variety of press equipment. Your role involves performing all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated, such as hanging plates or installing cylinders, examining plates/cylinders for imperfections, checking for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, and adjusting tension and register. You will be required to make necessary color corrections and press adjustments prior to production runs to meet and maintain quality specifications. Additionally, your responsibilities include cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining the press, making minor repairs, and replacing worn or broken parts as required. You will also perform periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic printing press environment with rotating shifts from 7pm to 7am, three days on and four days off, changing every eight weeks. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two additional breaks. Benefit from a $2K sign-on bonus, divided between $2K after the first 30 days and $1K after 90 days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
