Press Operator – 2nd Shift – Clyde

Required Skills:

Experience operating presses and related shop equipment Ability to perform die setups and program presses (2-4 piece setups) Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances Strong attention to safety protocols and safety awareness

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with metal stamping or automotive manufacturing Experience using band saws, metal shears, or die grinders Ability to identify materials accurately based on work orders and tags

Preferred Education and Experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, press operation, or metal stamping environment preferred High school diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts, including heavy lifting and bending Reliable attendance history and adherence to safety standards
