**Job Title: Press Brake Setup Operator**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setup Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines, including Cincinnati press brakes, with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20ga up to 3/8”. You will work directly from blueprints and utilize GD&T practices, handling a mix of long-run and short-run jobs each day. Your expertise in maintaining tolerances within +/-1 degree and assisting with preventative maintenance for all fabrication equipment will be crucial.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate press brake machines, including Cincinnati press brakes.
+ Handle sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20ga up to 3/8”.
+ Work directly from blueprints and apply GD&T practices.
+ Manage a mix of long-run and short-run jobs per day.
+ Maintain precision with tolerances of +/-1 degree.
+ Assist with preventative maintenance for all fabrication equipment.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of Press Brake Setup experience.
+ Experience with GD&T and reading blueprints.
+ Proficiency in precision sheet metal fabrication.
+ Solid references based on attendance record.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Preferred experience in precision sheet metal.
+ Mechanical knowledge on car types.

This is a Permanent position based out of white bear township, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68500.00/yr.
